Privacy Policy

• Account info from Google sign-in — your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Trip content you create — the expedition details you and your invited crew enter: roster names and contact info, itineraries, budgets, gear lists, bookings, links, and notes.
• Basic technical data — cookies needed to keep you signed in; standard server logs.

We do not collect payment information, and we never request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other Google data — only your basic profile.

• To run the service: sign you in, show your expeditions, and share them with crew you invite.
• To save and sync your trips across your devices and your crew.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Your expeditions are private to you and the crew members you invite. A trip is only visible to other people if you explicitly turn on its “anyone with the link” share option — then anyone with that link can open and edit it. You can turn that off at any time.

We rely on a few providers to run STEN; data you enter may be processed by them:

• Google — sign-in (your basic profile).
• Supabase — database & authentication (stores your account and trips).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Google Maps Platform & weather services — when you use drive-time, place lookup, map, or forecast features, the addresses or locations you enter are sent to those services to return results.

Trip owners can delete a trip at any time, which removes it for everyone. To delete your account and all associated data, email admin@usesten.comand we’ll take care of it.

Because you can add other people’s details to a roster, please only add information you have their permission to share.

STEN isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we’ll change the “last updated” date above when we do.
